Grand Adventure Children's Place was founded in 2018 by Maria Martin, a certified Trampoline Coach, mother of 2, and Grandmother of 3 amazing grand kids. Maria recognized the need for short term child care, babysitting, and day camp programs in he Kitchener/Waterloo & Cambridge area that doesn't break the bank account. As the founder of Airborne Trampoline back in 1994, Maria had exclusive use of the Airborne Trampoline family of facilities in order to develop and host the programs and activities of Grand Adventure Children's Place. Maria put together a fantastic team of counselors and care givers and began taking registrations for this fantastic day program. Since Grand Adventure Children's Place fist day we have welcomed children of all ages to come for a fun day of activities and fun. Don't miss out, check out everything Grand Adventure Children's Place has to offer your family today!
Founder and Principal
Maria is the passion and dedication behind Grand Adventure Children's Place. Her child care adventure began 25 years ago when she founded the Airborne Trampoline family of companies in 1994. Achieving her certification as a trampoline coach through Gymnastics Ontario and N.C.C.P., Maria has enjoyed over 25 years of experience working with children of all ages, including those with special needs.
After retiring from the world of coaching, Maria enjoyed spending time with her 3 new grand kids. This inspired Maria to open her own unique child care and babysitting place to cater to the Kitchener/Waterloo and the Tri-City area and parents in need of short term care, temporary drop off and babysitting services at an affordable price.
Maria looks forward to hosting your children for a few hours, or for the day, or for week in the exciting new Grand Adventure Children's Place.
